I think these are very simple instructions in above post. try to follow the instructions

Remember you've to type in between facebook tabs/brackets http://www.facebook.com/v/<video id>

for Example:

Facebook Video URL: facebook.com/video/video.php?v=180592381957603&comments

Sorry! This is not possible like video sharing sites

You can attach with post, but it should not be playable in posts like youtube... etc.
